How much does AI automation cost for a small business?

It depends on what we are automating, but Kiwitech quotes a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Most first projects sit in the low thousands rather than the tens of thousands — we deliberately scope the first piece small enough to prove itself.

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?

No. That is our job. We will explain what we are building in plain English, show you it working, and hand you something you can use without knowing anything about how it was made.

What if I already have systems in place?

That is usually the case, and it is fine. Kiwitech connects what you already pay for rather than replacing it. If a tool is genuinely holding you back we will say so, but we are not here to sell you a rebuild you do not need.

How long until I see a result?

Most first builds from Kiwitech are live in two to six weeks. You see progress as it goes rather than waiting for a big reveal at the end.

Is my business data safe?

You own everything Kiwitech builds and everything it touches. We use your accounts where possible, we do not train anything on your data, and we will tell you exactly which services your information passes through before we build.

Do you work with businesses outside your own city?

Yes. Kiwitech Solutions works with small and medium businesses right across New Zealand, remotely. Everything we build is delivered and supported online, so where you are based makes no difference to how the work runs.

Who runs Kiwitech Solutions?

Vedansh Patel founded Kiwitech Solutions Ltd and does the building. You deal with him directly rather than through an account manager, so the person who scopes your project is the person who writes it.

Where is Kiwitech Solutions based?

Kiwitech Solutions Ltd is a New Zealand company, working remotely with clients throughout the country. It is a separate and independent business from other companies trading under similar Kiwitech names, including those based overseas.

This policy covers Kiwitech Solutions Ltd (“Kiwitech”, “we”) and this website. It is written to meet our obligations under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

The short version: the only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it, share it for marketing, or use it to train any AI model.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the service you are interested in and a message. Your company name and phone number are optional. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing following you around.

When you submit the form, your IP address is checked against a short-term counter to stop automated spam. That counter lives in memory for ten minutes and is never written to a database or attached to your enquiry.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a piece of work. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

Two service providers sit between you and our inbox. Both store and process data outside New Zealand, primarily in the United States:

Vercel hosts this website and handles the request when you submit the form.
Resend delivers the resulting email to us.

Your message then sits in our own email account like any other email. We do not pass your information to anyone else, and no one buys it from us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email records for as long as they are useful — while we are talking, and afterwards for our own business records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email patelvedansh03@gmail.com and we will respond within 20 working days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Client data in work we build

This policy covers the website. Where we build a system for you, the handling of your business data is governed by the agreement for that work. Our standing position, stated elsewhere on this site, is that you own everything we build and everything it touches, and that we do not train anything on your data. Before we build, we tell you exactly which services your information passes through.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
