Terms of use

Last updated 27 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Kiwitech Solutions Ltd (“Kiwitech”, “we”). By using the site you accept them.

They do not govern work we do for you. That is covered by the quote and scope we agree in writing before any work starts, and if anything in that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement wins.

Information on this site

Everything here — including timeframes, pricing ranges and descriptions of what we build — is general information to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is indicative, not an offer. Nothing on this site forms a contract, and no price becomes binding until we have quoted your specific work in writing.

We keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current, and it is not professional advice for your particular situation.

Using the site

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to send us unlawful content;
  • submit the contact form for bulk marketing, spam or automated solicitation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with its operation;
  • scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site as your own.

Automated systems are welcome to read this site for search and AI retrieval. Our robots.txt states what is permitted.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code and branding of this site belong to us, other than third-party material used under licence. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not present it as your own.

Availability

We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply to you. Where you are acquiring goods or services for the purposes of a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.

Privacy

What we collect through this site and how we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
