Automated AI marketing funnels
Kiwitech Solutions · Services
Kiwitech Solutions builds automated marketing funnels for New Zealand small businesses — systems that capture an enquiry, work out whether it is worth chasing, and follow it up without anyone having to sit in an inbox. Most are live in two to six weeks for a fixed price agreed before the work starts.
The problem this solves
Most small businesses do not lose leads because their marketing is bad. They lose them because an enquiry arrives at 4:50pm on a Friday and nobody reads it until Tuesday. By then the person has rung someone else.
The second way they go is quieter. Someone asks for a price, gets one, and never replies. Nobody follows up, because following up is a job that is always less urgent than the work in front of you. A month later that enquiry is gone and nobody remembers it existed.
Neither of those needs a bigger team to fix. They need something that does the same three things every time without getting distracted.
What Kiwitech actually builds
A funnel is three pieces joined together: something that catches the enquiry, something that sorts it, and something that follows it up. Kiwitech builds all three around the tools you already use rather than moving you onto a new platform.
- Capture — a form, a landing page or a chat widget that writes straight into your CRM or spreadsheet, with the details you actually need rather than the ones a template asked for.
- Qualify — a scoring step that reads the enquiry and separates the ready-to-buy from the tyre-kickers, so the first call of the day is the one worth making.
- Follow up — a sequence that keeps in touch on your behalf, in your words, and stops the moment the person replies.
- Hand off — the qualified lead lands where your team already works: a CRM record, an email, a Slack or Teams message, a row in a sheet.
- Report — a weekly summary of what came in, what converted and what went quiet, short enough that you will read it.
How it fits what you already have
Kiwitech connects to the tools you already pay for rather than replacing them. In practice that usually means a website form, an email platform, a CRM and an accounting system that have never spoken to each other.
If you have no CRM, that is fine — plenty of good businesses run on a spreadsheet and a phone, and a funnel can write into a spreadsheet perfectly well. Kiwitech will say if a tool is genuinely holding you back, but the default is to work with what is there.
What it costs and how long it takes
Kiwitech quotes a fixed price before any work starts. Most first funnels sit in the low thousands rather than the tens of thousands, and most are live in two to six weeks from the first call.
The first build is deliberately scoped small — one funnel, one source of leads, one follow-up sequence — so it proves itself before anyone commits to more. If it does not earn its keep, you have not spent a year finding that out.
Common questions
Will the follow-up emails sound like a robot wrote them?
Not if they are written properly. Kiwitech drafts the sequence in your words and you approve every message before it goes anywhere. The automation decides when to send and when to stop — it does not invent the tone.
What happens when someone replies?
The sequence stops immediately and the conversation moves to a person. The point of a funnel is to get a human into the conversation at the right moment, not to keep a machine talking at someone who is ready to buy.
Do I need a lot of traffic for this to be worth it?
No. Funnels pay off fastest for businesses with a small number of high-value enquiries, because losing one of those hurts. If you get two enquiries a week and each is worth thousands, missing one is the whole problem.
